I brought my car in for a few repairs and I am very happy with the work that was done however there was some minor damage done to my car and I did not realize there was damage until the next day secondly this is not my first visit to this dealership the employees are not always friendly to there costmers such as myself and are not always honest for example there was some damage done to my car I was never notified. Unfortunately I can not recommend this dealership to anyone after my experience at Badard brothers Honda survace center. What i do like about Badard brothers is the sales people very friendly and willing to help there costmers.
I was on a trip to the Berkshires without my husband and suddenly I got the low tire pressure message on my dashboard. After panicking and finding a garage where a nice man checked my tires for me (one was indeed low) and put air into it, I remembered I had passed a Honda dealer while antiquing. And, lo, there on my Maps app on my dashboard was a HONDA button. Bedard Brothers was the closets to me, so that's where I headed. (I do have the roadside service plan, but patience is not dispensed with the plan) The folks at Bedard Brothers were wonderful! Scott Miller in the service department was so helpful. He put me at ease at once. Everyone I met in the sales room while waiting was kind. They fixed my tire within the hour!! (a slow leak created by a nasty little nail) A simple fix, they didn't charge me. I love my CR-V and from my dealer in Newport RI to Bedard Brothers in Cheshire MA, I've had nothing but excellent service. Thank you, Scott. You and your team made my day! Anita Greene, Rhode Island
Bought a CPO car there today. Everything was great, clear paperwork and friendly people. Much faster than in other places I've been before. Highly recommend.
