Pleasing warranty maintenance experience- Fast service in nice environment with coffee and wifi ...and the car was washed !
I had an appointment set at 10:15am for the seatbelt sensors to be fixed in my car. It took 3 hours before it was complete. They returned my car stating it had been fixed in which it was not actually fixed, the problem remained the same. When I contacted 'Chevy Service' to voice my concerns and frustrations the lady on the phone was highly rude stating 'we can't fix something that doesn't exist' and 'we don't have proof to prove anything' in which my car could not be fixed, also implying that I was lying or making false statements about the way the seatbelt sensors worked in my car that I have owned for about 3 years now. The car was also originally purchased from Bedard, which made me even more frustrated that she was implying that I needed proof to 'prove' my concern. Another representative recommended that I involve the owners and referred me to Bill and Steve Bedard. I am currently waiting to hear back from Steve. I will never recommend anyone to go to Bedard Bros. for any type of service based off of the customer service that I had received today and I will deter anyone who does consider it. Highly Disappointed!!
i would recommend George Kelley as a sales person to anyone who wants to buy a car. He is very pleasant, does not pressure you, and knows about the vehicle.
The folks at Bedard were wonderful. Everyone was nice and helpful. They worked to ensure I received all available discounts. I would definitely recommend them!
